DETAILS FOR PLAN APPROVAL
MIDC vide it's Circular No. MIDC/CP/A71118/2016 dated 04 Mar, 16 emphasized on ‘Implementation of Building plan approval through Auto-DCR’, by giving reference to its earlier Circular no. MIDC/CP/A42501/2016 dated 08/02/2016 vide which all the SPA’s were directed that all building permissions shall be processed only through web-based software solution (Auto DCR) integrated with Single Window Clearance and no proposal shall be accepted manually. The said system has started and considerable hardship is being noticed in software while scrutinizing such proposals. On that MIDC has issued some instructions in the said Circular.
Where below categories of Building permission proposals are exempted from making an online application through Auto DCR.
· All manually approved revised/amended proposals which are now at the stage of issuance of BCC/OC.
· All manually approved revised/amended proposals which as-built drawings are now submitted for issuance of BCC/OC.
· All SEZ proposals developed on private lands.

COMPOUNDING CHARGES:
MIDC has revised the rates for Compounding charges to be paid towards deviations from approved building plans. These rates are only applicable in case of Industrial usage and not for Residential or Commercial. For Residential & Commercial usage previous rates will be applicable.
One can arrive at the official figure of compounding charges using calculations mentioned in the attached document.

6. Terrace Undertaking on stamp paper of Rs. 100/-
7. Allotment Order
8. Possession Receipt
9. Lease Agreement
10. Owners application in the format as per appendix A of MIDC D.C. Rule on 100/- Rs. Stamp
11. Letter of confirmation of plot boundary by Architect & Owner
12. Copy of License of Structural Engineer & Plumber
13. Brief note on Activity of Plant with Process flow chart
14. List of raw material and finished goods with their quantity
15. Certificate of built - up area of every floor for high rise building.
16. Certificate from Architect for Built up area of Plot on Architect's letter head.

Indemnity bond on Rs. 500 stamp paper in case of Part Occupancy (optional)
MPCB’s Consent to operate
NOC from Food/Drugs Department if applicable.
