1.Final Fire NOC:
Before the issuance of the Commencement Certificate (CC) & Plan Approval , it is necessary to obtain the Provisional Fire NOC (No Objection Certificate) from MIDC Fire Department. Fire Officer inspect Building plan layout by certified Architect to ensure all conditions specified in the building plan like position of Fire Exist Staircase , Fire Tank as well as Building exit pathway or passage have been fulfilled. Upon satisfactory compliance, Fire Department issues the Provisional Fire NOC.
2. Final Fire NOC:
Before the issuance of the Building Completion Certificate (BCC) & Occupancy Certificate (OC) , it is necessary to obtain the Final Fire NOC (No Objection Certificate) from MIDC Fire Department. Fire Officer conducts an inspection of the Fire equipment Installation installed by certified fire agency to ensure that all conditions specified in the provisional fire NOC have been fulfilled. Upon satisfactory compliance, Fire Department issues the Final Fire NOC.
3. Renewal of Fire NOC:
Final Fire NOC is validate for 1 year after issued. Upon the expiration of the Fire NOC, it is necessary to obtain a renewal from the MIDC Fire Department. Renewal for the Fire NOC must be acquired to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and maintain a valid certification.
4. Fire Prevention:
The department ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, codes, and standards. The department advises and educates industries on fire safety best practices and promotes awareness about fire hazards and preventive measures.
5. Fire Safety Compliance:
The Fire Department ensures that industrial units adhere to fire safety norms and guidelines. They review building plans layouts and inspect fire equipment installation to ensure proper fire safety arrangements, including fire exits, evacuation plans, fire extinguisher placement, and fire-resistant construction materials.
